Now, for my card:
For my Christmas in July card, I chose an image from my favorite line--Gus Christmas--and it is called Got Cookies. I used American Crafts Merrymint Licorice DP and American Crafts Milk and Cookies DP. I paired these up with Papertrey cardstock, used my Janome Sewing Machine (I love it as long as I can see to thread the needle:)), Papertrey ribbon, and two SU oval punches. I colored my image with copics and added Liquid Applique to Gus's beard and suit/hat fur. I sure do think Gus looks cute in this Santa suit!
This card will be entered into two challenges:
Challenge # 71 is Christmas Time
Challenge is a free challenge.
Since Bizzy Becs is sponsoring our challenge, I also wanted to share with you a card I created with some of their images! For this card, I used Bo Bunny DP, Papertrey cardstock and button, image and ticket image both from Bizzy Becs, and ruffled eyelet from Pixie Petals. I did a little sewing with my Janome sewing machine, and colored my image with copics. Isn't it sweet?!!!
