PTI Challenge--Starry Nighdt

Starry Night is my favorite masterpiece (we saw it at the Museum of Modern Art in New York last December) so of course this was my favorite challenge!  Love the starry night background technique.  I used it with an Eiffel Tower stamp and added the word Merci.  Very French!!! Unfortunately the sparkle does not show up in the picture; even the Eiffel Tower is shimmery.
