If you all follow my blog, you may know that we have a granddaughter, Liz, who is a sophomore at the University of Kentucky. She is a member of Tau Beta Sigma, an honorary band sorority. Yesterday she acquired two little sisters, as she affectionately called her "twiddles". She made each of them a gift (a candy jar) which was presented to them at the reveal. She wanted me to share the pictures with you.
She is also working on a scrapbook, shown below.
Cute, huh? I'm impressed--because she free-handed that zebra, and I can't even figure out how to rotate it!
And I have a niece who's seriously impressed me with her talent! She's just like her grandmother and her auntie hos. . .;) Great job Lizzie - Can I get a candy jar too? But, make mine in burnt orange & white. . .;) MWAH!
ReplyDeleteThe apple doesn't fall far from the tree! Very cute -- definitely impressed by that cute little zebra!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful. And, it was so sweet of you to do something so special for the new girls. My son just took a college visit today and saw frats and sorot. girls around campus.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet gift for her little sisters. And obviously talent runs in the family - fab zebra!
