A challenge card! (2nd Post for the Day!)

This next card that I made is a great birthday card for a young child.  I used an image from http://www.bugaboostamps.com/ called Birthday Baby--Fork and Cake.  I used red Papertrey cardstock, DP from an Urban Oasis mat pack, polka dot ribbon that I won, cut out round and scalloped circles with nestabilities, and added three flowers that I bought at Tuesday Mornings.  On the large white flower, I tipped the edges with red ink.

This card will be entered into challenges at:
Challenge #48 was to use scallops somewhere on your card.  I have the scalloped circle nestabilities mat.
The theme of the challenge is kids.
