I found a challenge for a teen birthday card--and I decided to go to the source for help! I asked Liz (our 17 year old) to help me pick out an image to use (I don't always seem to be able to figure out teenagers, so I thought I would ask). To my surprise, she picked out the Skelekinz Baby image from
http://www.bugaboostamps.com/. It's not one that I would have chosen for a teenager--but again! What do I know! Liz said that her friends would love this card. I used some leftover Halloween argyle plaid/polka dot paper that I had (skeltons on it!) and added two flowers that also had skeltons. I colored with copics, used my label I nestabilities, and made a tent card. I also added stickles to the top of the baby rattle.
This card will be entered into the following challenges:
This challenge was to make a teen birthday card. (Remember, my teenager picked this card!)
Another card for the Vampy Vampyress Macabre Monday #026 challenge.
Challenge #36--Plaid Out!
This challenge #66 referred to the movie Clueless, which showed a lot of plaid. You were to use plaid on your card.
I'm just browsing the entrants for the Haunted Design House Vampyress challenge, and I love your card, lol, it's so gruesomely cute! :D
